Cut them off from federal funding, then. Completely. If, in these very perilous times, the mayor of Chicago--and everyone should mark well what she is--can take desperately needed monies and give them to ILLEGAL CRIMINAL INVADERS who are perpetual parasites from the moment they sneak in here for the rest of their miserable worthless lives--then she must be removed from office. And personally slapped across the room, a very LONG room. She is insane, by any measure.
