Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi told Politico Friday that she is considering keeping the House of Representatives out of session longer than the April 20th return-from-recess date, and may not bring Congress back until well into May — and she’s warned President Donald Trump to keep the country under lockdown even longer.
Pelosi is drafting a fourth coronavirus relief package, to be introduced when Congress returns from recess in the spring, but it now appears that trillion dollar aid bill will be indefinitely delayed while she holds her chamber in recess.

Once again Nancy Pelosi demonstrates her ignorance of and contempt for the Constitution. She is a Congressman with no executive authority over the United States. All she can do is her Constitutional duty in making laws.
The President is Constitutionally responsible to execute laws. As such, President Trump would be acting properly in warning Nancy Pelosi to mind her own business. Further, should the President so determine necessary, in accordance with the highest law of the land, he can call Congress back into session...Pelosi be damned!

The President Trump did not close any businesses. And he won't be opening any businesses. He wisely let the governors do that.
