That was one of the best dissections and dismantlings of a politician I have seen in my lifetime.
Well done, Tucker!

This is a no risk for the governor. Democrats want this. The panic driven are ok with it.

The disturbing part of his comments was how flippant he was. He said Constitutional concerns were above his pay grade. Then resign, Governor.
To: bobsunshine
In fairness to the governor, do any Democrats think about the Bill of Rights?

This morning on Fox, Judge Napolitano referenced this interview. He went ballistic when the gov said the Bill Of Rights is “above his pay grade”. Also said that gov violated the oath he took when becoming governor.

I wish Tucker or some other interviewer would simply ask any of these Democrat politicians how they manage to keep a straight face while pledging to uphold the Constitution of the United States when being sworn in to office.

They only think of the Bill of Rights when they want to use it or parts of it, like "a well regulated militia".
That is all there is to the second amendment, the rest is above his pay grade.
Did you ever hear such a flippant, casual answer to a very serious constitutional question?
The demonRATs neither know nor care about the Constitution.

I guess I have to deliver the bad news--here is the actual wording of the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Congress shall make no law.
One more time--Congress.

The governor of NJ is a total idiot, for sure.
But, there is an argument to be made--he just did not know how to make it.

Carlson raised the case of a man who was cited for walking on a beach, Or the case of the kid who was surfing (in the People's Sewer of Kommiefornia) and was arrested. And the ocean was empty. And the beach was deserted.
