Within 10 yards ???? That seems like an attempted boarding....no ship should be within 1000 yards of any of ours !
What was this cutters commander waiting on to fire? If it were a suicide bomber they were already hit.
Right on. I would consider getting within 10 yards an attack. But I also think warning shots should have been fired before they got anywhere near that close.
