There is a complete lack of oversight in this PPP program.

Her employees should not be allowed to collect unemployment. They’ve already been paid through payroll protection.

If that doesn’t suit them, then fine. Let them stay broke and unemployed with no benefits.

I think you need to read the story a little better. They were already laid off prior to her requesting and receiving said loans; which would pay her (laid off ) employees their normal rate of pay. Said employees(on layoff) are earning more (on layoff) because of the extra $600/wk on top of the states normal use rates.
