Of course there will be special protections, etc,..

Or not. There are recommended guidelines but nothing required.

...and people don’t have to work there if they don’t want to.

No they don't. No work, no pay though.

Starvation? Not as long as there is a profit motive for the food industry.

Karens. ;-)

I knew a Karen once. Went to the Catholic girls high-school where I grew up. She was.....ummm…….wild! Thanks for the memory break!

I wonder if Tyson's actually wants the DPRA designation for its operations ... to provide protection against lawsuits by workers for keeping its operations open.

Why is it a political mistake to prevent food supply disruption?

“DPA” Defense Production Act. Liability protection better be total, not just “more”...the ambulance chasing lawyers will be all over Tyson when someone gets sick/dies while working.

"It's to neutralize the Tyson bloke who tried to kneecap him with a paid ad.

Same guy (Tyson) also has direct ties to the Arkansas crime family.

"Calling all Hunters."

My back yard is occasional host to deer and wild turkey.

I'm thinking of thinning the flock of turkeys but I'll take beef over venison for as long as possible.

So we should just create a food shortage on top of everything else? That’s just outrageous.

Note to POTUS: The problem is more likely the crowded living conditions of some/most of the employees, and any mass transportation the company leases/runs.

Of course he has the power to do this.

And I cannot understand the Karens that want food production shut down. Do they literally have a death wish or something? I bet they have never been truly hungry in their whole life. Shut down half the food plants in the US, and some of them will find out.

How do you tell if it's a case of catching it at home and taking it to work or catching it at work and taking it home?
