President Barack Hussein Obama says the DoJ’s decision to drop all charges against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn upends the rule of law, something members of his administration, presumably under his instructions, routinely violated, in particularly by illegally unmasking and disseminating Flynn’s name to the press and the world, setting him up in the first place for persecution and prosecution. What they did is a felony that must be punished. And they did it with Obama's knowledge and consent.
We know Obama was calling the shots. We knew it from the text messages between disgraced FBI agents and lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page saying that POTUS wanted to know everything they were doing. This matter began as a supposed counterintelligence investigation and such investigations are always conducted for the benefit of and with the approval of the President of the United States.
We know Obama was calling shots from the Jan. 5, 2017 White House meeting between former FBI Director James Comey, himself a serial leaker and liar, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Obama:

This is a fine article and the headline got me to musing.
I agree that the coup was the plan of former President Obama. But as I muse, I think that there may be a correlation of POTUS beginning to publicly call the ordeal “Obamagate” and the Thursday trip by Ambassador Grenell to the DOJ. Now, last night, it is reported that the list of the parties unmasking Americans has been declassified. My musing leads me to believe that the coup is still in progress - all the prior unmasked communications are in play. It doesn’t mean that it will be successful, but it is still a part of the coup.
I’d be interested in your (and others) thoughts.

If this were a republican, the media would all be asking in chorus “what did he know and when did he know it?”, which of course they are virtually silent on with Obama.
... but the question that you ask is the one that I have asked. Who is really steering all this. It doesn’t seem like democrat leaders (nor very large multimedia corporations, or some republicas too of course) own themselves.

Yes, that is a reasonable question. George Soros and the Clintons are at the top of my list as potential shadow presidents pulling Barry Soweto's/Barack Obama's strings.
The surveillance was the Clintons. The 1993 FBI personnel files on over 400 Republicans proved that they were not afraid to weaponize the FBI....and the FBI went along with it.
The undermining of Trump after he won was Obama. Obama’s modus operandi has always been to lay “traps” for his successor that could be ginned into political scandals.
The Clintons and Obamas must have been sure that they would never be held responsible for any of this if revealed. I believe it indicates we are only seeing a glimpse of the criminality that took place under Clinton and then Obama.
Our gov’t is hopelessly corrupted and aligned with the global socialists. Even this scandal may amount to nothing and they will return to their efforts undermining our constitutional republic.

I think harry is too stupid to be the mastermind. However, he is still responsible for what occurred.
To pull off his coup, Zero had to take out Flynn first since he was counter-Intel, and then neutralize Sessions which he did. But by then he had too many moving pieces moving too slowly to counter the fast growing Trump administration.
