HCQ doesn't kill CV-19. Zinc kills CV-19. Zinc needs HCQ to transport it past the cell membrane and into the cell, where it can do its job.

Are these people unable to use a search engine?

I can and have read several medical research article on how HCQ works, and it is not as you describe it.
