Sorry DeGenova. Since neither of them are shameable, they need to be indicted. Tried and found guilty of sedition. But, they won't. Joe will end up in a elder care facility and obxxx will keep drawing the paycheck from nutzflix.

I’ve stopped having my hopes up for justice to be served. I fell for the whole “kids being rescued from tunnels” thing - they’re all in Central Park, The Comfort is there for housing all of these kids, etc.

Nothing will happen to Obama/Biden/Clinton....and they won’t be shamed because that would require the media to do their jobs. I doubt even Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Power, etc. will receive nothing more than a scolding.

The message here is “no one is above the law, except for those who are.”

If there is no prosecution, there is no rule of law and our little experiment is over.

Once President Trump leaves office, he will be prosecuted for anything they can make stick... just to make an example of him.

Count on it.

Seems like the only way justice will be done is to start using this surveillance system against the Left as it was used against everyone else. And yes, I’m serious.

Hillary should be in the third year of her jail term right about now. Do you think she’s feeling any shame?

“...the public shaming of former President Obama and Vice President Biden is far more important than indicting them,””

Except if, say, a nation desires to follow the rule of law, no?

Come on, man!

This is DiGenova walking back his predictions of all the Deep Staters who are going to go to jail.

This guy is the Lindsey Graham of guests.

Fine, shame them with indictments and fair trial.

Afterword, shame them with a rope on a gallows, in Washington DC like the Lincoln conspirators.

That is the Justice they deserve, and as Hillary said, “IF HE WINS WE ALL HANG”, so they understood the stakes.

barr’s comment was to cover the over zealousness of the President... as the justice department barr has to say things like the chances of obama or biden coming under investigation are minimal...

“As to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mister Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” Barr said.

as of today... tomorrow there may be a criminal investigation... i count on it.

Nixon v. Fitzgerald

In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that the President is entitled to absolute immunity from liability for civil damages based on his official acts. The court emphasized that the President is not immune from criminal charges stemming from his official (or unofficial) acts while in office.

So citizens so sue Obama!

Shaming them is a logical impossibility. You cannot shame sociopaths who have no conscience

Translation: We can’t reveal that both parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
Both parties wanted the natural protections of the natural born citizen requirement gutted.
Mission accomplished, now any anchor baby, Chinese tourist baby and Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parent are eligible to be President.
(If Ted is, they are)

“...public shaming is far more important than indicting them.”

Only a Republican could say something so stupid.

For whatever twisted logic, Republicans seem to be terrified of indicting powerful Democrats, no matter *what* offenses they commit. But at the *same time* they have zero problem indicting other Republicans for minor offenses, real or imagined.

Over time, this has “progressively” made the Democratic party more organized crime syndicate-like in its behavior, to the point where they no longer have *any* inhibitions about breaking the law. Only the lowest of the low, or those that have fallen out of the parties’ favor, like Rod Blagojevich, are “thrown to the wolves”, where as horrible, repeat and multiple offenders like Hillary Clinton and her cabal walk free.

But this behavior on Republicans part is what is to blame for crime waves committed by Democrat administrations at the federal and state level.

William Barr assumed office as US Attorney General on February 14, 2019. Before him, Jeff Sessions held the office from February 9, 2017 – November 7, 2018. And during that time, Republicans across the board have plead with them to issue indictments, by now HUNDREDS of them, but they just delay with the suggestion that “the next election” will resolve things.

NO, THEY WILL NOT!!!!

In effect, they are taking a list of the worst 10,000 felons in US prisons and releasing them to wander the streets after giving them guns. This is a good analogy to allowing criminal felons to stay in their elective or appointive offices and use government authority to commit even more crimes against the people.

And allowing them to leave office or retire instead of be indicted is just as bad. No, “it’s not better” now that they are out of office.

THEY COMMITTED CRIMES, SO THEY NEED TO BE PUNISHED.

And I’m sorry that it the idea of punishing criminals makes Republicans queasy. You need to do your damned jobs!

LOL - that's FUNNY.

You see - 1) they have no shame and 2) They honestly don't see this the way we do. They (the dims) think they did this to protect America...or at least that is the excuses being bantered about on social media.

So - without prosecution - there will NEVER be shame because in their minds it was and is justified because they honestly (at least as they have convinced their base and the media can portray it) believe they did it for God and country - to protect American interests. So - unless you prove criminality - they can make excuses and they will stick with - well - about 50+% of the population.

Sorry but Joe is wrong on this one. These clowns must be brought to justice and I have no doubt that there is intense debate going on in certain circles within the highest levels of the government. We need to stop treating the seditionists like legitimate, law abiding Americans. They are a diseased appendage which must be amputated to protect our nation.

DiGenova is wrong on this and trying to set a narrative.

This cabal illegally went after a sitting President!!! the coup, the shampeachiment included criminal leaks and much more!!!

If they can go after a sitting president, we can go after an ex President.

The shame will belong to our justice system if the criminals are not charged.
