Good one. Apparently in today’s US the only historical precedent that matters is the Logan Act!

Obama was never eligible to be President.
That’s what they have to keep hidden.
Our Constitution says he can’t be President.
Both parties wanted that restriction eliminated.
If no one will uphold the Constitution, do we still have one?
