Just understand that Quercetin is NOT as “safe” as HCQ because we can’t know the interactions in any way similar to that of HCQ. THIS IS THE DEEP HORROR OF POLITICIZING MEDICINE.
I have set up this option (Quercetin) for myself.. so I am not say, don’t do this. I am saying know that if you can get HCQ, that’s a safer move.

The huge problem with longer term elevated zinc exposure is the depletion of Copper in your body and subsequent increasing copper deficiency health impacts.. which can be DEADLY and LIFE CHANGING.

A better approach may be (If you are tollerating Quercetin well), would be to add Zinc for a few days to a week after any time you feel any flu or cold symptom.. then let that go and let your body and cells get back to functioning normally.
