I forget which Hollywood conservative it was (I think it was a Friends of Abe member speaking anonymously) but he said that there are celebrity types out there who will spout the liberal party line BS to stay ‘on the plantation’, in order to get steady work, but when they’re quizzed confidentially and out of earshot, their personal opinions are more right-leaning than they’d dare let on in ‘mixed company’. They sell their soul to the Devil to keep their status and lifestyle.

Van is blowing up this incident to say all America is racist. He is using his feelings like an actor to twist the picture, saying all America is like this and all blacks experience racism — everywhere and all the time. This is horseshit.

I think there’s a completely logical reason from Jones’ point of view to attacking Hillary.

I think he knows there’s a plan to have Biden choose Hillary as his running mate and then to step aside, either before or after the election. This way Hillary didn’t have to campaign. Jones wants a black woman chosen to be the anointed one.

The Obama vs Clinton intrigue is always present and this is just the latest iteration.
