COVID Senicide – The Overlooked Tragedy

Senicide is not a new disinfectant or the latest drug touted as a cure for the Chinese coronavirus, but instead is the systematic killing of the elderly. It’s specific to the elderly, as opposed to genocide, the extermination of entire peoples on racial, religious, national, or ethnic grounds. Another term, when used generally and not specific to Nazi atrocities, is holocaust, slaughter on a mass scale. What have we been witnessing?

Nursing homes care for the elderly and infirm in our society. These vulnerable citizens have fared poorly during the Wuhan virus pandemic. As Forbes reports,

2.1 million Americans, representing 0.62% of the U.S. population, reside in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

An astounding 42% of all COVID-19 deaths have taken place in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

In New York, the statistics even worse. Rather than singing, “I want to wake up in a city that never sleeps,” NY nursing home residents aren’t waking up, period.

New York has the highest nursing home death toll. As AP reports,

Of the nation’s more than 26,000 coronavirus deaths in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, a fifth of them — about 5,300 — are in New York, according to a count by The Associated Press, and the toll has been increasing by an average of 20 to 25 deaths a day for the past few weeks.

The New York Post ups this number to an estimated 11-12 thousand nursing home deaths in New York State, half of the state’s COVID fatalities.

This population is particularly vulnerable to the Wuhan virus often due to age and associated medical problems. One can look at Italy, an early hotbed for the virus for indicators.

Much like "physician assisted suicide".

Proponents pretend there are safeguards against abuse, when in practice there are none.

Aaaaa—who gives a hoot about a bunch of old geezers! They’re probably going to vote for Trump anyway.

The higher numbers in N.Y. should be investigated for their relation to Cuomo’s policies. He needs to be blamed & shamed out of politics forever.

(March 29, 1984) - Elderly people who are terminally ill have a ‘’duty to die and get out of the way’’ instead of trying to prolong their lives by artificial means, (former) Gov. Richard D. Lamm(D) of Colorado said Tuesday.

People who die without having life artificially extended are similar to ‘’leaves falling off a tree and forming humus for the other plants to grow up,’’ the Governor told a meeting of the Colorado Health Lawyers Association at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

“You’ve got a duty to die and get out of the way,” said the 48-year-old Governor. “Let the other society, our kids, build a reasonable life.”

Murder by Governor is an Atrocity,
not a tragedy.

Yep. It’s killing off too many Trump voters, while illegitimate flubros continue to try to sway even more of them to avoid voting.

Legalization of euthanasia will be coming soon. And then compulsory?

An estimated 12000 of our elders in NY are gone, due to NY edict to put Wuhan Virus positive people in with them.

Bring murder charges against those responsible.

Europe is a clear guide to how horrible it can get in a hurry. Every country with legal euthanasia soon devolves into its own unique terror.

In Britain, last I heard they are now killing some 30,000 plus a year, often without permission or notifying families, and their preferred method of murder is by starvation, no food or water.

In the Netherlands, they look for any excuse to murder babies. Even having a hair lip, which can be fixed with an easy and inexpensive surgery, is a good enough reason to kill. And they have no problem pressuring their parents to agree to it.

Just watch and listen closely to NY Governor Andrew Cuomo and you’ll quickly realize that he is really, really not very bright. Same can be said of numerous other democrat governors including mine, KY Governor Andy Beshear.

Our government is destroying our nursing home seniors, as well, by keeping them isolated from family members. I know personally many sad, weeping, refusing to eat, losing much weight. It is heart rending that our government ostensibly to keep seniors safe are killing them. Praying this ends very soon. It is much too cruel for our most vulnerable.

A lot of things are referred to as “slippery slopes”, that begin slowly and carefully but accelerate into haphazard and evil ends. It can truly be said that euthanasia is a genuine slippery slope.

Its form is different in each country in which it is practiced, but it invariably becomes much worse than it was “supposed” to. It is always bathed in euphemisms.

The worst part of it is that it is based on a subjective view of intolerable suffering. That is, many people look at someone in pain and falsely empathize with them, imagining their pain far worse than it is.

A great example comes from early on in World War 1. A very green American unit had arrived in Europe and been deployed in a mostly safe rear area with minimal combat, just a sniper bullet or two every now and then.

Two new recruits, good friends, had been sent from their company to a lookout post a short distance away. One of them foolishly removed his helmet for a short time, then poked his head up over the rim of their lookout hole when a sniper’s bullet grazed the top of his scalp, knocking him out.

Head wounds of that sort bleed profusely, and by the time he got his senses back, his friend who was convinced he was mortally wounded, and caught up in romantic notions of “putting him out of his misery”, was standing over him and trying to figure out how to load his rifle so that he could shoot him.

Figuring this out quickly, the wounded guy took off running so as not to be killed, with his friend in pursuit, intent on “euthanizing” him. Meanwhile, back at the company camp, the commanding officer and first sergeant were looking at a map on a field table, to plan for the next day, and were startled seeing a soldier covered in blood who ran past them screaming, “Don’t let him kill me!”

And shortly thereafter, his friend, still fumbling with his rifle ran past, screaming, “Stop running so I can put you down!”

It was noted as an epilogue that the scalp wound took six stitches to close.
