“No, the cop wasn’t trying to “execute” Floyd. He was trying to arrest him and the guy had a heart attack which the cop was too stupid to realize.”

Floyd was under arrest and cuffed. The police officer’s total disregard for Floyd’s health/life (kneeling on/near his neck for 10 minutes and ignoring pleas for help) ended in Floyd’s execution.

I agree that the officer didn't show reasonable regard for the man's health/life. I disagree that this constitutes an "execution."

It's more along the lines of reckless endangerment, or reckless homicide.
