The body cam videos are now evidence so not subject to FOIA until after trial. The fact that they have not been leaked to the media indicates to me that they are not exculpatory.
Oh, I think just the opposite. The Chief is on the prosecutor’s side, and the mayor’s on the prosecutor’s side. The videos are in the hands of those two. The Mayor’s so biased that he refused to even look at the videos before firing the officers. I strongly expect they’re exculpatory.
