“Maybe you want a RAT change, but I sure as hell do not! Go away will ya?”
Buzz off. Keep your head in the sand.
I've been here nearly 20 years and I have to say there is a significant cultural and generational disconnect on this forum. This place skews older, I'd say most here are Boomers, and I think a lot of them remain stuck culturally in the 1980s. Furthermore, many here DO NOT visit other political websites! This place often can be an echo chamber.
The only social issue that conservatism won on was the issue of gun rights. Liberals enjoyed victory on everything else. Trump ran as the most socially liberal Republican in history and he's struggling. We will know early on if election night will be favorable. If the results start coming in with him showing lower numbers in places he won, he's finished. People here are taking his reelection as a foregone conclusion. I'm not at all.
The Democrats have a very good chance to keep the House, take the Senate, and then the White House and people here had better believe, they're not going to dither and squabble amongst themselves as the GOP did after 2016. They're going to move fast to ensure someone like Trump NEVER HAPPENS again.
