That is not happening. You and me both know that. How many times have we heard those two words over the past 3 1/2 years?
Good to know.
Ah, anything that could get me REAL time is past the statutes.
Still..I’d rather not do a day in jail at 52!
Devin Nunes wrote criminal referrals to the DOJ a year ago.
too dangerous, it would be safer not wearing a mask at an Antifa rally in St' Paul at 3 in the morning.
You are correct! I got over excited and mistakenly said indictments. Needs to me change. Criminal referrals. Thank you!
TITLE needs to be corrected.
Call me when they start the perp walks.
Otherwise, this is just vaporware....like all the other ‘arrests come soon’ stuff.
Let's see...

Please correct my title. Forgive me. Criminal referrals.
The FBI is too booked to handle any criminal referrals—they have to find the white nationalists that have been rioting and looting in the cities.
:-(
often these conspiracies end by the little guys getting punished, taking the fall
i am hoping that this time the organizers, financiers, bosses get sent to prison first (and for a very long time, too)
(starting with SorozNazi?)
true
Referrals!!! Why? So ANOTHER Special Prosecutor can be assigned to “investigate” and slow-walk the entire issue down the memory hole with a toothless report issuing November 4?
Would this be Durham? Or separate from Durham?
+++++
My question as well. Someone should tell us if a U.S. Attorney, as Durham is, can issue indictments. I would think so but I really dont know.
I do know that Congress sends Referrals to Justice and the operating policy seems to be that they are quickly moved to the circular file.
Your post made me laugh out loud. I cant help but agree. And I know its not a laughing matter. But we all will be in shock if this actually comes to pass.
I’m pretty sure Durham would provide indictments. And in spite of the headline, I think this news flash is about referrals. So I think Durham is separate from this. Indictments from Durham would be a big thing. Referrals to Congress? [shrug] Not so big.
Housley appears to be pretty well-read into all of this.
As to Durham taking his time, so be it — better to go slow and to get it right. These are some world-class weasels he’s contending with.
Jail ain’t so bad.
It’s the people in it!..................
I believed it the first 20,000 times they said indictments would be any day now. I have since turned rather skeptical of such news.
Hey! Thats rather jaded!
I bet there are going to be some serious wrist slappings coming from this.
...and the month before that...and the month before that...
