If someone isn’t wearing one, I can avoid them. Of course
if no one is wearing them, that becomes unworkable.
Yeah, I wouldn’t do that either.
Other departments have to wear them too, particularly the
lab and other places where things need to be kept as clean
as possible to prevent infection.
It sounds like you’re playing it smart. Wearing a mask makes sense, especially if you fall in the higher risk population. It’s too bad that the discussion of masks has become so politicized.
