No problem.
When I wear a mask, it prevents me from putting my hand to
my face, which is a big no-no. My nose itches, I instantly
want to put my hand to my nose. It helps with that.
There are things to get angry about. The stay at home
stuff was a major pain in the ass, and it was harmful to
our economy.
Wearing a mask for a period of time until this dies down
isn’t a totalitarian move.
You can go out. You can frequent the places you used to, if
they are still there. You can still communicate with others.
I think there are some things to get worked up over, but
there are others that are not something we like, but it’s
not something that warrants all the anger.
If I don’t get infected, it means I can’t infect others I
come in contact with, family, friends, associates...
I don’t see this as a surrender to Leftists.
I see it a prudent measure to take to help others who are
around me, in addition to myself.
You folks can see me as a leftist if you like. I choose
my battles differently than you.

I couldn’t care less whether people see you as a leftist; that is a better look on this forum than what I am, basically a small l libertarian who has no need for religion...my issue with you is this matter of accepting masks as actually having value, when it does not except under the most narrow of circumstances, when what it really is is a matter of governmental muscle flexing; if it were anything but that, we would not have to be ordered to wear them...if we were told the truth about their efficacy we would not bother with them, thus the diktat...
