Does this include the absentee ballots? I saw something on the NYT web site about absentee ballots will be counted Jun 30. Wonder why? Voter fraud?
Let's see... we need 1500 votes for our Dem candidate to win. Let's come up with at least 1700 absentee ballots/votes.
