Trump appeared to stand by his Tulsa rally comment on Monday, saying the U.S. has done “too good a job” at testing, and on Tuesday he insisted, “I don’t kid.”
The president obviously didn’t hear the question clearly, because after saying “I don’t kid” he gave a further lengthy answer, NONE of which indicated in any way that he had encouraged a reduction in testing. Quite the opposite. He bragged about the high amount of testing.
In his town hall with Hannity last night, Trump mentioned joking on this subject.
Nah, making too much of it.
There is a point at which testing is considered overdone by scientists.
It’s somewhere in the high single digits of “positivity”.
Many areas have reached that.
