If so, did taxpayers foot the bill for his trip with paid vacation? Did his understanding boss, another public employee, give the perp time off to riot?
BTW, Maine has a 14 day self-quarantine or negative WuFlu test within 72 hours requirement for visitors, but Lloyd can risk exposure by participating in a riot then come back and put his clients at increased risk?!
Or will taxpayers up there be paying him to sit on his butt and self-quarantine for 2 weeks?!
