The only choice Joe Biden as President would make is what flavor of pudding to have after his nap.
This babble idiot certainly would not control government. It would control him. Foreign affairs would be run by the military-industrial complex and the intelligence community. Wall Street and the Federal Reserve would control the US treasury and the economy, and the permanent Leftist DC bureaucracy would run everything else having to do with law, courts, environment, and social policy. The Praetorian Guard would complete their takeover.
