The National Football League announced it will play what is known as the Black national anthem before every Week 1 game, ESPN reported exclusively.
The sports network also reports that the league is considering a plan to add the names of victims of police brutality to the uniforms of players “through decals on helmets or patches on jerseys.”
“The NFL also may produce educational programs about victims,” ESPN reported.

It is unclear if fans would be expected to stand at attention during the singing of “Lift Ev’ry Voice And Sing.” The Star-Spangled Banner would follow, ESPN reported.
Black communities across the globe continue to be vulnerable in very unique and unsettling ways,” UCLA professor Shana Redmond told NPR in 2018. “To sing this song is to revive that past — but also to recognize, as the lyrics of the song reveal, that there is a hopeful future that might come of it.”

In June the NFL announced it was pledging $250 million over 10 years to “combat systemic racism and support the battle against the ongoing and historic injustices faced by African-Americans,” Bleacher Report noted.

It isn't enough that every commercial has to show white men as idiots and morons. It isn't enough that they allowed to tear down statues and set fire to buildings.

Pick a good vocalist. Many National Anthem performances are absolutely terrible.

Yeah like black on black slavery in the Sudan. I don’t see anybody having a “conversation” about that though.
Imagine if it wasn’t for racism how successful many of these black millionaires would be. They turn a blind eye to black on black crime but lose their minds to the incredibly rare police brutality (that already is being dealt with). Surprisingly all those people taking a knee don’t live in a black majority neighborhood, I wonder why that is.
So I think I’ll take a pass on watching a bunch of millionaires who work for a billionaire chase after a football in a stadium my tax dollars help built. Screw the NFL.
Will they demand the NFL logo changes to a Black Fist? Current one has stars and stripes in it.
Will they demand the “National” Football League changes to the “BFL”?
Will they force white players and refs off the field?
