It was a 4th of July speech, at which a president would normally talk about the greatness of America and historic figures.

It was not an event at which to talk about the latest numbers about the pandemic, or the latest Russian issue.

And she’s full of it, he did not spend most of the time talking about dead Confederates.

Honorable Senator Duckworth, I also listened to President Trump’s speech from Mt Rushmore. If you think he spent his entire speech praising confederates, you missed a lot. He mentioned numerous individuals from many races, including Baseball great Jackie Robinson. I must assume you don’t know who all those folks were, so you are assuming what YOU EXPECT HIM TO SAY. Or worse yet, in typical Democrat fashion you are projecting what YOU WOULD SAY in the same position.
Either way, you have beclowned yourself in the finest demoncat tradition. Congratulations, you fool!

Some of the chatter about Joe’s running mate is that a “woman of color” is apparently preferable. It’s a given he will choose a woman, but will a white woman suffice in today’s climate?
