Employees such as these do not understand how businesses make money and generate the revenue to pay them and pay for their fringe benefits.

How smart can an employee be if he thinks hurting the company will help his job? People like this don’t want jobs. They think they would be sitting home doing nothing with the same amount of money in their pockets except Whitey stole it all and forced them to go to work to get a little of it back.
