He can then say something like, “And now, the Dems have put forth an empty chair candidate who sits out important debates...does anyone else believe like me that it is important for Americans to hear how the two parties’ candidates will resolve the critical issues facing America right now?—Where’s Joe Biden? Where are the democrats? What do they have to say about the rioting, the looting, the vandalizing, the tragic loss of life going on in America’s streets? Ladies and gentlemen, they’ve put before you in the debate tonight an empty chair. They have nothing to say about these things. And they have nothing to say about these things because they are largely the cause of these things happening. In tonight’s debate, I will show you why this is true.”
