Considering how cheap potatoes are, it’s good customer relations.
Exactly. The first time my husband and then middle school age sons came back from 5 Guys they were over the moon happy about the amount of fries. All I could think was that potatoes are the ramen noodles of vegetables and the restaurant was brilliant to give huge portions of their lowest cost item.
I wish they’d sell those boxes of peanuts. Those have got to be cheap since they are free in the restaurant. I always save my bag and fill it with peanuts on the way out.
