It probably did. It was probably staged. But the real stupidity to it is that if it was done for the reason she says, it is misapplied. She stated “used to cut off breathing...” I agree. Strangulation should be illegal. But the film, the still pictures, the witnessing, and the autopsy indicated that wasn’t done. So, what besides her showing her own stupidity did this do...it tried to incite more problems and push the solution further into the background. And that’s how liberal race baiters roll.
