Herman Cain, the former Republican presidential candidate and affable business magnate, died Thursday after being hospitalized for coronavirus, according to reports.
Cain, 74, first went to an Atlanta hospital for treatment on July 1, his staff had said.
His death was announced on Herman Cain's website and Facebook page.
"Herman Cain – our boss, our friend, like a father to so many of us – has passed away," the statement on his website said, noting there were "hopeful indicators" in recent days that he'd recover but adding: "And yet we also felt real concern about the fact that he never quite seemed to get to the point where the doctors could advance him to the recovery phase."

This is an out and out lie. He was in remission. Even President Trump just said he died from ONE THING - "the China Virus."
I wish folks like you would stop undermining the president-thinking you are doing him a favor. I mean - you look really stupid sitting here calling his family a bunch of liars when they know what he died of. I've had family members die of cancer - and my dad died of pneumonia (which CV-19 causes really bad pneumonia). There's a huge difference.
It's a really big coincidence if he's in remission then he goes to Tulsa - and dies of cancer 5 weeks later (which is about the average number of weeks people die from CV-19 after contracting it).

The reason one gets cancerous tumors is the body fails to recognize cancer cells as abnormal. Cancer cells are created all the time in our bodies. They are our own cells which are defective. They tend to grow too fast. Most of us have the ability to recognize the abnormal cells and destroy them before a cancer tumor forms.
Therapies such as chemo & radiation can kill the tumor(s) but cancer will reappear exactly for same reason as it appeared in the first case. Especially true of stage-4 cancer where cancer has spread to many places.

If you cannot get Hydroxychloroquine, you still help yourself by regular Zinc intake via typical Once-a-Day multi-vitamins.
If you get COVID-19, your body will use more Zinc.
Along with other "stuff going on," a significantly lower amount of Zinc - in your case - can be a contributing factor to a noticeable lower sense of taste and/or smell.
When you try to eat something, during COVID-19 (you are, let's say, toughing it out and doing OK at home), you may think, "this meal really does not taste like it should; there must be something wrong with the food." You just marked one of COVID-19's symptoms. Eventually, you catch on that your sense of taste is "the something wrong."

Famotidine (egs. Pepcid) also helps, because Famotidine frustrates the "efforts" by SARS-2-CoV to attach itself via human cell ACE2 receptors (actually, the "receptors" are enzymes).

Taking Hydroxychloroquine is how you may discover that you are in the lower percentage of people who experience, for example, a bit of an eye nervous system reaction (in some cases, retinopathy).
Speaking for a friend who used another (and much older) of "the quines," in order to treat a jungle bug many years ago, said friend experienced an eye nervous system problem "just a few hours" after taking the first pill. (No recollection of that dosage, "but it was big.")
Friend now tells me, that friend would not discourage other people's use of present-day Hydroxychloroquine. "Because it will work for most people."
My friend had a history of a unique and rare liver problem, such that - in friend's case - friend's liver was weak specifically in the area regarding the metabolism of an old member of "the quines."
That caused a buildup of acetyl-something-ase in the liver, above normal levels, that, in friend's blood stream, was too high a concentration and thereby somewhat "attacked" various nerves -- showing the most, along the nerve "cable" to, and some parts within, friend's eyes.
Friend reports that stopping "that old quine," resulted in eye performance returning to normal within "just a few hours."

We all can read the same text books you read. Keep in mind doctors as a group have a lower IQ than many other groups such as mechanical engineers.

I really don’t know. Hub and I are going to TELL our doctors we want HCQ and Zinc.......those expensive shots they’re coming out with is obscenely costly. Damn liars and gluttons......;(

I was the lead engineer designing cold extrusion machines which are subjected to larger shock loads than any machine in the world. These machines are used for converting a cold steel rod 2-4” diameter and upto 12” inches long into a semi-finished auto part, in ONE stroke.
If you are in the same plant when these machines are operating, it is the loudest noise you ever heard along with shaking of the ground like if the world was coming to an end. The machine has to produce 8-12 parts per minute so the noise is one after another. To build a welded steel structure for such machines which can stand up to the punishment was nothing one can read in any text books. It was observing what failed and what worked, combined with ingenuity and tons of common sense.
You must be a genius, realizing that mechanical engineering methodology and gestalt applies to all other fields. /s
