Former national security adviser John Bolton on Tuesday accused Democrats of having taken the “opportunity” of the impeachment inquiry and having driven it “straight into a ditch” by turning it into a partisan fight.
Bolton was widely criticized by Democrats for refusing to testify in the impeachment inquiry into President Trump’s actions in relation to Ukraine -- only to release a book on his time in office after the trial was over, when Trump was acquitted by the Senate.
But on Tuesday he blamed Democrats for the outcome of the process, saying they’d turned it into a “partisan war.”

Well, I guess the honeymoon’s over.
Imagine impeaching a president without any evidence he did anything wrong.
But the Democrats did it and made a mockery of the impeachment process forever.
John Bolton had one heck of an opportunity in serving President Trump and instead chose to run it into the ditch.
Oh. You are so right. That is such a once in a lifetime job and he just threw it all away.

Did Bolton’s book fizzle out like every other anti-Trump book? I haven’t heard a thing about it since it came out. There are probably thousands of copies sitting in the dollar bargain bin at Walmarts across the country.
Pretty sure he brought this up months ago in that gossip and opinion book. Someone needs to tell him the 15 minutes expired long ago.
