You’ve got my interest. Could you give us a little more information? Like what set her off?

For your reading pleasure, my (partially redacted) USPS Customer Satisfaction Survey additional information...

To Whom it Concerns,
I cannot overstate how much of a disappointing and aggravating experience it has been to deal with the USPS in correcting the simplest of errors in a recipient address. All you had to do was deliver a package to an apartment where you were already at the apartment complex. You were maybe 50 feet from my door. You decided to send it back even after I had gone through so much trouble even the day immediately after delivery to give you the correct apt. number. There is nothing "United" about the USPS. **Note: It was particularly disturbing to listen to the USPS employee get completely hysterical with me over the phone (she called me on Tuesday 8/11/2020) and threaten to call the police if I came to the post office again, saying that I was harassing her after I told her how ridiculous this situation was. I will not go into too much detail except to say that her name is D----e and her supervisors name is A- B----o. (or something). A- was very professional. D----e needs help. This is at the D----, Alabama post office on W--- St. In summary: A package was sent to me with my apartment number missing from the address. I have lived here 3 years and get regular mail. The package was labeled as "Insufficient Address" and was immediately returned to sender (please follow the tracking record). I was as proactive as I could be to help get the USPS my information immediately the following day as D----e was assigned to help me and seemed eager to do so. I gave her my apartment number and she assured me that my package would be delivered that day (Friday 8/7/2020 or Saturday). I have done everything that I could do online with the USPS to get the package. The customer service number 1-800-275-8777 was completely useless and frustrating. **I don't want to cause trouble. I hope that my case is used as an employee training tool to help fix problems within the USPS. Thank you for your consideration -D-----l M----y.
