A Norwalk man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he cast votes in three elections on behalf of his mother, years after her death.
Abutin allegedly voted in three elections between October 2012 and November 2014, claiming to be his mother, while also casting votes on his own behalf, according to the District Attorney's Office.
The defendant's mother died in July 2006 at the age of 67....

Even in democrat circles, everyone knows you can’t cast a vote on behalf of a dead person; they must, and do, cast the vote themselves. In every election.
Multiply this by multi-millions. The DNC ALREADY has millions of Biden votes in the bank. I predict their BS “popular” vote will be surpassed from last time by the sheer volume of fraud. The election will be a cluster fvk.
Democrats are going to offer him a job at the DNC.
