The PLAN knows roughly how many, but it won't do them much good if a US aircraft carrier is sunk by them. No one is going to wing an anti-ship missile at us without a specific threshold being met.

Each adversary to the US has a strong will to survive. Except ISIS/AQ/Muslim Brotherhood/any offshoot thereof. I think DJT knows the answer to the test question for Islam.....but the environment has not been stable for him to act. Yet. Allen West absolutely knows the answer.
