Anyone who is in the public spotlight can tell you that it’s impossible to please everyone and that a substantial portion of the public is simply not going to like you. Whatever you do is GOING to be criticized.
The group that dislikes you will include a certain percentage of cranks, stalkers, and dangerous psychos. So nearly everyone in the public eye gets threats.
And when you take controversial positions the amount of negative blowback you receive increases exponentially.
All of that apparently comes as a surprise to this man who is allegedly brilliant.
What does it tell you when you learn that Fauci turned down an interview request with Sharyl Attkisson? Can’t he answer the hard questions, or just the softball ones from Matthew McConahey?
