Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden leads President Trump by nearly 6 points among active-duty troops, according to a new Military Times poll released on Monday, suggesting that the president’s support may be eroding among a group he sees as a part of his political base.
The poll, conducted in partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University with participants chosen from Military Times subscribers, showed Biden garnering 43 percent support among active-duty service members to Trump’s 37 percent.
By comparison, a similar poll from October 2016 showed Trump leading then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton by roughly 20 points among military voters.

My BIL retired Army was a high ranking office. He is a far lefty who hates Trump. He told me this 3 years ago. This is when I started figuring out todays military is no longer conservative like it was.

I figure a lot of that is from people on their 5th and 6th deployment with no end in site, allowing every nut job in the country to join, abandoning such staples as prayer and comradery (social distancing etal), enough SEALs etal seem to be ‘out of control’ to be of concern - then again every individual ‘mis-act’ is reported with gusto if the blame can be laid at PDJTs feet.
And if PDJT is still ‘suffering’ from BO appointees etc, that is partly his fault BUT he has had a lot of other cleaning up to do etc.
When things are ‘rough’ the finger goes to the Honcho. In the case of DJT support from military over HRC, am sure the sentiment there was he was better than she but if a lot still in, they are probably wondering WTF as things probably haven’t changed all that much.

I doubt seriously this is accurate but remember we still have Obama’s rancid, extreme political correctness running the military.
Our officer corp is quickly becoming a globalist/marxist bastion. I do not trust the US military joint chiefs to follow a lawful order given by the CNC Trump at this time if it goes against Democrat or globalist/marxist doctrine. I never thought I would utter such words about the US military.
It's not just the military. Trump recently ordered a stop to H-1B visas. I doubt the order went into effect.
This is just an indicator that those running Military Times are corrupt.

I don’t think so. I live in a navy town. The wives, as a group, take their Christian faith quite seriously. They share their husbands’ political values as well.
27 year af spouse. The wives are surprisingly liberal. Those who are not are way conservative as you say
