To put it simply, either all elections are contested or none of them. I don’t know if that’s true or not.

That’s basically my question. It appears that the expectation is that we use the outcome of the election to determine the outcome of the election. That is inherently circular.

If the House election is not contested, how can the presidential election be contested? All or None should be contested.
