The US unemployment rate was down to 8.4% for August and I suspect that she may not quite understand who the essential workers are.
(The money might be better spent on non-essential workers, to make them essential.)

Somehow by frontline workers I dont think she means cops and firefighters. Another giveaway to the community organizer crowd methinks. Right. I'd be willing to bet though, that government "workers" will be able to get on this gravy train.
