I think most people would consider 34,506 ‘around 40,000’ and 741 ‘around 1000’.
No most people would consider 34,506 to be 35,000 not 40,000. And 741 to be 750. Taking it higher than that is feeding into the left and the fear mongering. Dr. Fraud-see wants the numbers to be as high as he can and and that is why he went for the higher round ups.
There is nothing misleading in 35k versus 40k and there is a lot misleading in 40K versus 35K.

The numbers are irrelevant. The positive test results are a joke at best. The deaths are just made up. If you get run over by a bus but test positive for covid then it is listed as a KungFlu death.
He’s supposed to be a scientist not a mouthpiece on the “shows”. When you’re determining trends and basing things conclusions on this maybe it’s important to be accurate. Should never have given this guy a bully pulpit. Go back to the lap and produce data.

Just curious, it this the same Dr. Fauci that said it was unnecessary to shut down flights from China back in February? Has anyone kept a scorecard on how often he has been right?

You’re probably right. Our education system hasn’t exactly produced math geniuses.
Mathematically, it’s correct.
So if I tell a worker who is making $34K per year that they are basically making $40K, I think they would figure out the math really quickly. But maybe not.

I don’t discuss information with those who willfully and erroneously defend those who seek to rob us of liberty.
