Ted Cruz has already stated publicly that he does NOT want to serve on the Supremes... just last week in fact .. he is still pining for the top job POTUS.

Perhaps. But if you are actually handed a strong chance to be on the Supreme Court and have to weigh it against a dicey chance to be president....I think he takes the gig.
