Bishop Aubre Shines writes in the Washington Times about systemic racism in America, which he attributes to the historical Democrat Party dating back to the post-Civil War era, the Jim Crow laws, and their enforcer: The Ku Klux Klan:
These past couple of weeks have been some of the saddest I’ve seen in my lifetime as an African-American. It began with the tragic, needless, death of George Floyd, but then quickly escalated into some of the most vicious, violent rioting our country has seen in decades.
The Democratic Party, true to form, never lets a crisis go to waste. It has seized on what should be a time of healing and instead made the conversation more divisive by lecturing us all about how systemic racism is supposedly rampant in the United States. The great irony here is that yes, there’s plenty of systemic racism in our country; it’s all wrapped up in the history of the Democratic Party.
The rot goes deep, back to the post-Civil War era. Former slaves and their children were forced for decades to endure the cruel, wretched Jim Crow laws that kept them from advancing in the South. And who was all too happy to keep those laws in place? The Democrats.
The Republican Party had planks in its party platforms addressing the rights of African-Americans in the early 20th century. The Democrats, meanwhile, used the KKK as their stormtroopers, lynching and terrorizing blacks in the South beginning just after the Civil War and continued this practice for a century.

“Systemic Racism”...too general for GEN GENERAL....Identify the individuals and their ties to current day politicians. Examples: Robert KKK Byrd and his landmarks, Hillary Clinton and her Margaret Sanger award and on and on and on. Lots of examples are out there.
Systemic Racism is the mirror image of White Guilt. White Guilt springs from an assertion of White Supremacy by the parents and grandparents of those who suffer from White Guilt, almost all of whom are either Democrats or Progressive RINO Republicans.
Until the myth of White Guilt can be shaken off, there will continue to be Systemic Racism, which are both phantoms of the mind.
It was, indeed, tragic and needless. However, it was also self inflected. Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose. He was already suffering from the overdose "end stage" when he was arrested for buying cigarettes with counterfeit money. This was demonstrated by his stating "I can't breathe" while simply standing in the road. His lungs were already filling with foam due to the fentanyl. He was restrained for resisting arrest. The restraint did not cause his death.
Though most of you already know this, it should be repeated EVERY time the story of Floyd is told.
Systemic Racism - They talk about it, they riot over it, but they don’t give examples and suggest how to correct it. Utter BS.

The Democrap party as in 1861 and now, is this countries #1 problem. It’s like that book “Lord of the flies” the kids divide up into 2 groups, the delusional and the rationale and the delusional are ultra violent.
Black racism that exists today is as bad as white racism in past times. When someone who is black stands up and declares that they can steal someone else’s property, or kill them, because they are black and they ‘deserve it’, then that is classic systemic racism. They might as well have black robes with black hoods. Racism should not be permitted by anyone.

For proof of this, you have only to look at the way they — and the popular media — have treated the Japanese internment during WWII. Instead of being described as "Roosevelt's shame or "Roosevelt's legacy of racism," those events are invariably characterized as "America's shame" and proof of "America legacy of racism."
True, but the American people stand with the false liberal narrative on Mr. Floyd.
That's only because they haven't heard the truth often enough. That's why it is so important to keep repeating it.
