This SCOTUS vote before the election will demoralize Dem voters who are already morose with their lackluster demented low energy candidate. The economy is rebounding, Covid fading, and the Biden riots have made Law and Order a huge suburban winning issue for Trump.

I can't understand how anyone could vote for a man so obviously decrepit, even if that were the only reason.
That he won't commit to any policy, or answer any signficant question, or even make daily campaign appearances, is startling and without precedent in the modern era.
