Her Catholicism isnt issue, not that she is a mainstream Catholic. She has explicitly stated faith comes before the law as a judge. Thats not what we need on our courts. Thats not a religious test, thats a question of whether she is a textualist or if shell start at her conclusion and work towards it with tortured legal justification based on her personal religious beliefs. A bigger concern is her support for lockdowns and pattern of deference to government and big businesses over individual rights.
