This is happening nationwide. Texas caught it most won’t, no way in hell Trump should just accept it if he loses.
I am in Round Rock Texas and our early voting here starts October 13. I do not know exactly when the absentee ballots get sent out after they are requested and not everyone is eligible for absentee.
TX has a long history of this junk.
My parents were Republicans living in Austin in the 50s when Lyndon ran the state from DC and LadyBird owned every radio and TV station.

Why yes, yes it is. The Anarchocrats have spent decades seeding this chaos.
Not even close. In most banana republics, the voters must show a government issued, picture ID, and then get a fingertip dye to show that they have already voted.
The in-person early voting probably doesn't have much cheating. The mail-in cheating has undoubetdly already begun. One trick is to create a fake numbered ballot and mail it early so that when the real voter's ballot comes in, it will be rejected as already voted. That's a trivial task in Pennsylvania.
