Atlanta is a big airline hub, home of Delta.
They also have a large film industry business. Hollywood belongs to the Chinese so they won’t be filming squat for a long time.
The airline industry is having a ripple effect across the economy in many states.
For example, I sell a skid/pallet manufacturer in Idaho.
His biggest customer is Kaiser Aluminum in Spokane. Kaiser’s business is down about 50% because no one is building commercial airplanes. So, if Boeing is not building jets, Kaiser is not get orders for sheets of aluminum. Therefore, they do not need as many skids(4x12 pallets) to ship their aluminum around the world.
Hence, my customer in Idaho is not buying as much lumber to build skids from ME.
After all, it is all about ME!
