Start with the simple truth that Wallace wants Trump gone and therefore everything he says is good for Trump is really bad for Trump and vice versa. Then his statements all make perfect sense with run through this filter.

For example during the DNC convention Wallace criticized Biden for not going on TV during the convention. The 'criticism' thereore was really begging him to come so Wallace and other 'journalists' could promote him and feed him safe softballs.

For him to say Trump needed to go on a virtual debate with a biased moderator who can mute Trump and that clearly favors Biden speaks for itself.

Oh I don’t think so Chris. We’ve all seen how biased you and the last moderator are. We’ve also seen that the next moderator is yet another left wing activist who is a former intern for Biden. We’ve seen examples of supposedly “undecided” voters who were in fact partisan Democrats wing seeded in various townhall events. Now with the demands that the debate be digital it would hand even more power to an already biased moderator by giving him the power to cut Trump off whenever Trump was refuting Biden’s or the moderator’s own BS.
