I enlarged the photo and if you follow the line from the barrel you can see a streak. The streak is visible until about half distance to the victim. He is about a nanosecond from getting struck in his eye.

Was the red dot in his sunglass a laser pointing at his eye. Reports were he was shot in the eye.
Amazing photo. The glasses are reflecting what he last saw. Wonder if enhanced imagining might be used in some way.
Is that the shooter’s reflection in his glasses? Save that image, it’s the sharpest one out there.
I could of swore that they said he was shot in the right eye right after it happened.
