I can only think of one of those here in Pittsburgh. Not likely there were any in Scranton.

Trust me. When Biden was growing in Scranton, there were virtually no minorities. My family moved to NEPA in 1972. I was 16 at the time. There were none within a couple hundred miles, if that. Well, there may have been some in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, but I highly doubt Joe had any interaction with them.

It was a black Baptist church in Wilmington - not exactly disproven but doubtful. He said as a teenager in the 1960’s (1960-62) not sure when he said it. There are other threads on the topic.
