-not only attends a baseball game during a lockdown that he directed but pitches in it
-is out playing games instead of dealing with the issues that are keeping the country locked down
-gets caught not wearing his mask at the game; showing his ignorance and / or apathy at getting caught on video doing it
-throws a ridiculous pitch because he's so arrogant that he just knew he could do it and didn't need to practice in the days beforehand
This swamp bureaucrat's arrogance has made him so blind to reality yet he insists he knows what's best for others. The ancient Greeks and Roman writers had a character like Fauxi in mind when they spit on the ground.
