"Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors [...]"

So, if a person ever asks another person for a sexual favor, and that other person responds in the negative, is that an "unwanted" request? And is that legally relevant?

I mean: Last night, while lying in bed, I turned over and asked the missus... She had had a hard day, and therefore said, "No." So I rolled over and went to sleep.

Does that mean that I now have to register as a sex offender, or that I can't become a Justice on the Supreme Court?
